This website and all associated programs, materials, and services are owned and operated by JHQ Collective ONLY

By accessing this website or engaging with any JHQ Collective programs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Intellectual Property Ownership

ALL content, programs, and materials developed and delivered by JHQ Collective are the exclusive intellectual property of JHQ Collective.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Program names (including Vibe Nation, Youth Nation, Stomp’d, and Creative Regulation)
- Program structures and session formats
- Facilitation methods and delivery frameworks
- Written materials, documents, and resources
- Branding, language, and positioning
- Workshop and group program designs

All rights are reserved.

Exclusive Delivery Model

All JHQ Collective programs are proprietary and are delivered exclusively by JHQ Collective facilitators.

JHQ Collective does not permit external organisations, staff, or contractors to independently deliver, replicate, or facilitate its programs unless under a formal written agreement.

Branding & Representation

All JHQ Collective programs must be represented accurately and must not be:
- Rebranded
- Presented as owned by another organisation
- Delivered under a different name

All references must clearly acknowledge JHQ Collective as the program owner.

Restrictions on Use

NO part of JHQ Collective programs or materials may be:

- Copied, reproduced, or redistributed
- Adapted, modified, or reverse-engineered
- Taught, delivered, or facilitated by any person not authorised by JHQ Collective
- Used to create similar or competing programs
- Shared with third parties for the purpose of replication or delivery

Without prior written permission from JHQ Collective.

Collaboration & Service Delivery

Where JHQ Collective delivers programs in collaboration with external organisations, venues, or providers:

- JHQ Collective retains full ownership of all intellectual property
- The collaborating party is granted limited access only for the purpose of hosting or facilitating delivery
- No rights are granted to reproduce, adapt, & continue the program outside of the agreed engagement

Non-Replication & Non-Circumvention

Any organisation or individual engaging with JHQ Collective agrees NOT to:

- Develop, deliver, or commission programs that are substantially similar in structure, concept, or delivery
- Engage JHQ Collective facilitators outside of formal agreement terms
- Attempt to replicate program elements for internal or external use

Enforcement

JHQ Collective reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to any unauthorised use, reproduction, or misrepresentation of its programs, materials, or intellectual property.
