Sessions are best suited for individuals who can follow simple verbal instructions and participate without one-to-one carer support during the session.

What Happens in a Session:

Each session follows a consistent structure:

  1. Arrival & Grounding

Gentle stretching and rhythmic movement to support regulation and focus.

  2. Guided Movement & Music

Accessible, repeatable movement patterns to build coordination and confidence.

  3. Creative Regulation

Choice-based movement activities supporting emotional expression and body awareness.

  4. Wind Down & Integration

Breath-based regulation and calming movement to support transition back into daily activities.

Participation is always optional and adaptable.

Observation is recognised as valid engagement.
